QistBazaar (Private) Limited is a Non-Banking Finance Company licenced by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with its registered office at 105-C 11th St, Jami Commercial Area Phase 2 DHA 7, Karachi, Pakistan.

This site is not a digital lending platform. It facilitates the general public to place orders for the purchase of electronic items and other goods on installments. The subsequent process is physical.

As a User of this Website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions provided hereunder. Your use of this Website implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Website.

By using this Website you unequivocally declare that you are a natural or legal person who has attained at least 18 years of age and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in Pakistan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

QistBazaar reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content at any time without notice. QistBazaar shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the internet.

Upon gaining reasonable suspicion that information you provided is wrong or inaccurate, QistBazaar shall immediately terminate your account without notice and may take appropriate civil and criminal remedies as provided under the laws of Pakistan.

A customer may submit initial information on the application form through this website, while the subsequent process is physical. The following documents are required to proceed:

Process Information

• QistBazaar reserves the right to reject any application with or without reason.
• Process starts after submission of all required documents.
• Only one product can be purchased on a single CNIC.
• Postdated cheques must be drawn in cities where QistBazaar operates.
• There is no Form Fee or Delivery Fee.
• Product Warranty is claimed directly from the Brand or its Authorized Service Center.
• In case of Refurbished Laptops, 1-year warranty is provided by QistBazaar.
• QistBazaar does not provide insurance coverage on any item.
• In case an item is not working after delivery, inform the manufacturer within 48 hours.
• Motorcycle Insurance is the responsibility of the applicant.
• QistBazaar will keep the warranty card/box until all installments are cleared.
• Prices may change with/without notice, but once a deal is locked, the amount will not change.

QistBazaar has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Website at all times, including information provided in your account, to determine the veracity of the information provided and that every User remains in consonance with these Terms and Conditions.

QistBazaar shall also have the liberty to remove any objectionable content or share such information with any governmental authority as per procedures laid down by the law for the time being in force in Pakistan.

QistBazaar grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, except with express written consent of QistBazaar and/or its affiliates.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither QistBazaar nor its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, or related parties shall have any liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. QistBazaar makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content on this Website.

You agree to indemnify, save, and hold QistBazaar, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and third-party associates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the services or Website.
• Any violation by you of this Agreement.
• Any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein.

QistBazaar reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to this indemnification. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Besides its own interests, the company has in place a mechanism for the protection of its customers. Salient features include:

1. 1Fair treatment of borrowers and prohibition of unfair practices and breach of confidentiality.
2. 2All key terms and conditions (amount, fees, monthly installments) are disclosed in local/regional language.
3. 3Borrower's specific consent is obtained on all key terms prior to disbursement.
4. 4Full corporate name and licensing status are conspicuously disclosed on all platforms.
5. 5Under NO circumstances will the company engage in harassment or strong-arm tactics.
6. 6Customers may receive an extension of up to two months in case of personal financial hardship.
7. 7After the grace period, the company will initiate legal action for recovery and repossession.
8. 8Customer data is stored on local server with appropriate security on a need-to-know basis.
9. 9The company shall not require access to the mobile device of the customer.

Users have complete authority to file a complaint or share feedback if they are disappointed by services rendered by QistBazaar. Complaints and feedback may be submitted in writing or by email:

In the event a user deposits an amount in excess of the amount due, the excess amount will be adjusted against the next installment.

If the same happens during the deposit of the final installment, the user can contact support at [email protected] for a refund. Refunds in such cases will be made within 45 days.

Your use of this Site and any Terms and Conditions stated in this policy is subject to the laws of Pakistan. In case of any disputes arising out of the use of the Website, Courts of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
